I am a mother. I know what it's like to simultaneously LOVE what my body created, and feel scared and angry about what pregnancy and postpartum feels like.
While our bodies are capable of incredible things, our purpose as human beings goes beyond making other tiny human beings.
To be honest, I believe that as mothers, we've been let down by the healthcare industry. And the fitness industry doesn’t help lessen the confusion when it comes to our postpartum bodies . We're taught to "just modify" or "do kegels" and it isn't enough to truly rebuild our cores after going through pregnancy and giving birth.

This program is for any woman who is suffering from a weak core or pelvic floor. It does not matter how many weeks, months, or years postpartum you are!

The workouts are 8 and 12 minutes, and the modules are educational but short, which will help you maximize your time.
The workouts are designed to be done on your own schedude, with minimal equipment, and in the comfort of your own home.
There are 20 different workouts, but I advise doing them 3-5 times a week. You will do one workout at a time and then build on with guidance as you learn the foundations, listen to your body, do the workouts, and you will begin to see changes.

This program was designed to be done once you are cleared by your healthcare provider for basic postpartum rehab exercises. This typically happens at the 6 week postpartum visit, but every postpartum journey is different.

Results vary by person. Each person has a different width and depth of Diastasis, genetics, and how consistent they are in doing the core healing workouts.
If you are consistent, you will see and feel improvements in as little as a few weeks, and see more changes as time goes on. For some, it may take longer and that is perfectly normal.
